Forum Regionum is a residence program for artists, designers, architects, urbanists, philosophers, critics, curators, cultural managers and activists from Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Russia, Belarus, and Germany.
The first Forum Regionum took place in 2016 in the German town of Oberhausen in the Ruhr Region.
The purpose of the 10-day residency is an expert work on a program for the revitalization of abandoned or unused buildings of industrial regions on the example of Dnipro Center for Contemporary Culture (DCCC).
An international group of 20 participants will explore local communities, interact with them in pop-up actions and interventions in the urban environment, apply various approaches and test them for reasonableness.
